| Integral Ownership Change |
Integral Systems, Inc., is pleased to announce a management buyout of the company, which occurred on February 17, 2006.
Overall, the daily business at Integral will remain the same with the same Integral staff supporting the products as they did prior to the ownership change. In the near future, we will provide more information on our website about the change in leadership, enhancements to our staff, and our new sales market focus.

| Online Discussion Group Available |
| Integral clients now have the ability to send messages to a group of other clients interested in the same topics! Use our List Manager to see what topics other users are discussing. You can respond to a current discussion or ask your own questions so you can get the answers you need. Our reponse line personnel monitors the discussions so you always have an expert on hand to help you get the information you want. |

| Tele-Seminars Available! |
| Integral offers two-hour training seminars on specific parts of Integral's product line through a web conference. The seminars are only $300.00 per log on and can be viewed by any number of students in a room. You can sign up for a two-hour tele-seminar on i-Trust Implementation, Changing i-Trust, Wage Attachments, and Integral's method for SSN Migration. | For those employees who want to change their withholdings for the beginning of the new year, the IRS has published the new 2007 W-4 form. Feel free to download it as necessary for your purposes. |
